We've passed by this restaurant numerous times but when a friend told us the place has been around since 1983 and the food was good we decided to give it a try....We came in around noon and we were still able to get a decent breakfast. My wife was totally happy with her choices but my biscuits and gravy had way to much pepper for me but the server explained to me that that is the way it is heavily requested by the largest part of their customers.Other then that we were good. Our server was great.*********We came back this morning with a group of 5 and other then the long wait everything was PERFECT!Our guest from Texas were highly impressed with every thing...Thank you and we will definitely be back!!
My family has been going to Wolfy’s for years! The service is always top tier and the food is delicious. Breakfast all day is great but if you want the best biscuits, get there between 7-8. The coffee is hot and the bacon is crispy! My go to order is Two Eggs with bacon strips, hash browns, and a biscuit (my mouth waters just thinking about it). Don’t forget to grab a Coffee News at the counter to read during the very short wait for your food. When I come home to visit my parents, my dad and I always make sure to go to Wolfy’s, and it NEVER disappoints.
Wolfys is pretty legit! I came in off a fairly rough shift from doing Lyft for about 4-5 hours and was pretty tired and hungry.Apon walking in, the only negative aspect I’d seen was the parking. The parking is in the back, and it’s a bitttt on the weird end? Nothing bad however!I was immediately greeted and told to sit anywhere due to the lower influx of people. I sat down and was met with a very very friendly waitress who was incredibly kind and was able to take my order without a problem and even had enough time to politely strike a conversation with me about my day. Very short, sweet and to the point. I’m from New York, so I don’t mind small talk but some people over do it. She was perfect!I ordered an appetizer (potato skins with bacon bits) and a bacon burger because I wasn’t feeling the breakfast vibe at that moment. After the wonderful waitress took my menu I noticed my table was prettyyyyy sticky.. (hence the atmosphere getting kicked down a star. Sorry guys!)I ignored it and just politely awaited my food, and then both came out at the same time.. which eh.. I won’t be toooo picky about- I was pretty hungry and was pleasantly just happy to see the kitchen made that so quickly and efficiently.Taste was great, no complaints there at all!Overall- I was happy with this place. It’s a cute little hole in the corner and is definitely worth the time if you decide to come on in.4.8 5
We got lost and I looked up a restaurant near me, starving and just wanting something. I found Wolfy’s and we got out of the rain into a booth. They have excellent specials and a big selection on their menu. The food was unexpectedly fast and very good. I got a BLT, it was loaded with bacon, and my daughter had a cheeseburger which was huge. We had walked in lost, weary and bummed about the rain but we left full, laughing and forgot about our ruined trip. Each of us had brought up how good Wolfy’s was that night, since. We’ll be back
Best place in town for home style cooking with everything being made fresh along with lots of made from scratch items including there desserts. The fried fish , burgers, club and Ruben sandwiches are excellent with tons of daily specials. Ask for Teresa to be your waitress she is amazing!
Dine in a lot great food , and pricing ! Always has been even under new may, but please remember that everybody’s had raises as far as pricing because the food etc., etc. etc. is all a mess nowadays all over all states in the USA so it is still reasonable compared to what you pay for other meals out there sure beats the fast food burger places and they have lunch specials great desserts great salads. They have great steak eggs spaghetti they have specials every day. They have lunch specials great soup. I don’t know what to tell you that it’s not good. I don’t like liver and onions. It smells good, but I have been able to eat it. I take a bite and but everybody likes theirs. I just am not a liver and onion person but others rave about it so there’s a 2025 I would think in that amount of time I’ve never had a problem with him. They’re excellent thoughtful people and a lot of their stuff is homemade compared to others.
Wolfy's is everything you expect from a family diner: cozy, comforting, and delicious. The menu has a wide variety of food, with breakfast all day, and specials that rotate daily. They also have homemade desserts. I have been twice so far and enjoyed delicious a French dip, French fries, homemade mashed potatoes, and an especially delectable Philly Cheeseteak! The prices are reasonable for the portions, the servers were polite, and the hostess was very kind and genial. They let us dine in 15 minutes before closing because we didn't realize their hours (Sunday until 3, despite online listings), so we appreciated that and will endeavor not to cut it so close next time! Delicious food and kind people, what more can you ask for?
This is an excellent family diner. They have daily specials and offer breakfast all day. The prices are very reasonable, and our service was friendly and attentive.
